What is The Outlet?
Brought to you by Unique Retailing, The Outlet is an online exclusive that brings together three premium designer brands for a curated sale experience. The sale outlet includes pieces from in-house brand WILLOW and globally-recognised names Vince and Theory - all of which are distributed locally by Unique through David JOnes nationally.

All sizes shown on The Outlet are Australian sizing. Please refer to our universal size and fit guide for international size conversions.

Shipping & Delivery
The Outlet is available to Australian customers only. Orders are shipped using Australia Post Parcel Post Standard Service.
Orders $300 and over: Free shipping
Orders less than $300: $10 shipping
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Due to the high volume of orders during this sale event, please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number for your parcel.
Please note: If you have an order with multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple shipments under different tracking numbers and you will receive a separate email notification for each shipment. There are no additional shipping charges applied to split orders.

Returns
Please choose wisely as all orders placed on The Outlet are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@willowltd.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the item is deemed to be faulty after assessment by our team, we will work with you on a resolution.
Please note: items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care per the garment label are not considered to be faulty.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, during a high traffic period sale such as this, there may be insufficient stock to fulfill all or part of your order.
In the event this happens, you will be notified and issued a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive the funds into your account.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Paypal Pay in 4 and Zip Pay.
E-Gift Cards can be redeemed by entering the code in the 'Discount code or gift card' field at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We deliver nationwide with Australia Post and offer free express shipping on all orders over $300.
Orders $300 and over: Free Express shipping
Orders less than $300: $10 standard shipping
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time we only offer international shipping to New Zealand using International Standard Service.
All New Zealand orders: $15 (5-10 business days)
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or on Australian public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to tax, customs duties or other fees in their destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of any potential fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Full-price WILLOW styles, including full-price styles purchased with a discount code or during a temporary promotion such as a Flash Sale, can be returned for a full refund, online credit note or free size exchange within Australia.

While we try to prevent this, if an item in your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund to your original payment method.

WILLOW E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at willowltd.com; they cannot be redeemed in-store, at David Jones or on davidjones.com.
CREDIT NOTES
Online credit notes are issued in the form of online gift cards ("E-Gift Cards") via e-mail and are valid for 3 years. E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and can only be redeemed online at willowltd.com.
