E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

About the Role

Unique Retailing is an established, dynamic Australian fashion retail business with three esteemed brands under its umbrella, in-house designed Australian luxury womenswear brand WILLOW, and globally recognised brands Vince and Theory which are on a local distribution model.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be instrumental in the execution of the e-commerce and digital strategies for WILLOW, Theory and Vince. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and broader Marketing team across all aspects of online operations including product and content management, website development, digital marketing, customer service and logistics, to help drive and grow sales and positive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing end-to-end product range launches online for all brands, including collating imagery, writing product descriptions, uploading across owned channels and marketplaces, and organisation and merchandising
  • Daily website auditing, maintenance, troubleshooting and optimisation across functionality, navigation, search, collections, products and content
  • Executing website content updates in line with the product range and marketing calendars
  • Daily merchandising of product collections to optimise visual impact and sales
  • Maintaining product content across all online channels, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date and on-brand
  • Daily online customer service including general product enquiries, returns management and order tracking
  • Collaborating with Planning, Logistics and Store teams to manage online logistics, inventory and returns
  • Executing online promotions and markdowns across owned channels and marketplaces in-line with the tactical calendar
  • Working closely with marketplace counterparts on product content optimisation, pricing, merchandising and promotions
  • Assisting the E-Commerce Manager with website UX/UI updates and projects
  • Building and sending EDMs according to the marketing calendar
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of key digital metrics

Skills, Experience & Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in a similar role in fashion
  • Experience working with an e-commerce CMS, preferably Shopify
  • Experience in AP21, online marketplaces and/or PIMs will be highly regarded
  • Proficient in Excel with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Basic graphic design skills; proficiency in Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen interest in Australian and international designer fashion
