Australian Orders Orders over $300 receive complimentary express shipping using Australia Post (1-2 business days).
Orders less than $300 incur a $10 fee for standard shipping (2-8 business days) or $15 for express shipping.
International Orders New Zealand orders incur a $15 fee for standard international shipping (5-9 business days).
Rest of world orders incur a $50 fee for DHL express shipping.
Processing Times Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. During a high demand period such as a sale or promotional event, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number for your parcel.
If you have an order with multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple shipments under different tracking numbers and you will receive a separate email notification for each shipment. There are no additional shipping charges applied to split orders.
