Should you wish to return your items, please ensure you meet the conditions of the return policy outlined below before initiating a return.

RETURN POLICY

All items except those marked Archive/Final Sale can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items marked Archive/Final Sale are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty.

All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all labels and tags still attached. Any items returned without labels or tags, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered post with tracking. WILLOW will not be responsible for undelivered returned items or returned items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty.

If your return does not comply with these conditions, your item/s will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

While we do not offer direct exchanges online, you are welcome to go through our return process above and place a new order.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@willowltd.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and images of the issue.

If the item is deemed to be faulty after assessment by our team, we will work with you on a resolution.

Please note: items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care per the garment label are not considered to be faulty.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Online store credit is issued in the form of an online gift card via e-mail and is valid for 3 years. Online store credit can only be redeemed online. Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Items purchased using online store credit that are returned will be refunded as store credit.
