Code of Conduct
Before engaging with manufacturing partners, we undertake a rigorous examination process to guarantee our suppliers uphold Willow’s standards. Along with our Global Sourcing Principal Document, we ask all manufacturing partners to agree to our Code of Conduct, which sets out the minimum standards of ethical and responsible behaviour that Willow expects from its suppliers and business partners. It is based on International Labor Organisation standards, national legislative requirements and best business practices.
We also have a strict vetting process, which includes in-person visits from Willow team members; third party audit requirements; regular collaboration and communication with partners via phone, video conferencing and in person meetings.
In signing our Code of Conduct, our suppliers agree to understand and adhere our Code, as well as support improvements to their practices as technology evolves. They must also provide full transparency in the below areas:
Recruitment and employment terms
Compliance with the law
Working conditions
Wages and payments to workers

Freedom of association and collective bargaining
Discrimination, harassment or abuse
Modern slavery
Outsourcing of production
